You remove your aligners to eat and drink (except water), so there are zero dietary restrictions. Enjoy all your favourite foods throughout treatment.
Rinse them with lukewarm water and brush gently with a soft toothbrush. Avoid hot water, which can warp the plastic. We’ll give you a complete care guide when you start treatment.
