Dr. Adey founded this clinic because she understood that too many patients, especially those from diverse backgrounds, had never experienced dental care that truly felt like it was built for them. She wanted to change that. Bella Dental Clinic exists to be that place where every patient feels genuinely welcomed, heard, and cared for, no matter where they come from or what language they speak.

Dr. Adey Abeba Tsegaye, DMD
Dr. Adey Abeba Tsegaye graduated as DMD from Centro Escholar University ( CEU ) in the Philippines and later moved to Canada, where she completed refresher training at the University of Alberta, Schulich Dental Clinics at Western University and UBC. She is passionate about serving patients from diverse backgrounds and is dedicated to helping every person smile with confidence.
Dr. Adey loves educating her patients and strongly values preventative dental care, believing that knowledge and early care are the foundation of lifelong oral health. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel heard and cared for.
Bella Dental Clinic is named after her daughter, Bella—her greatest source of strength and joy. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and traveling. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, Amharic, and Tigrinya.

MEET THE STAFF
Norma Rosales, Administrator
Norma brings a unique blend of clinical insight and administrative expertise to Bella Dental. Beginning her career as a Dental Lab Technician, she developed a strong foundation in the technical and clinical side of dentistry before transitioning into administration over 10 years ago. Her background allows her to understand dentistry from the inside out, making her an invaluable bridge between patients, clinicians, and operations.
With experience in general practice and orthodontics, Norma excels at keeping the clinic running smoothly while ensuring patients feel supported and cared for every step of the way. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and calm, friendly presence at the front of the practice.
Outside the clinic, Norma enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and singing her way through life—bringing the same joy and positivity she shares at work into everything she does.
